Ok, I agree that plastics kill. But 1 do you assume every drop of water automatically goes to the sea. 2 do you know of the existence of water treatment plants with silk screen filters? 3 did you know that there are washing machines that also have silk screen filters in the pump? Yes, you need to clean them out every week.

Oh I would think the hundreds of kilometers of plastic fishing nets dropped from commercial fishing ships every month is a bigger deal then the residue from a washing machine

...micro plastic doesn't kill anything. There is no chemical reaction inside a living body and micro plastics aren't even stored in a body, unlike many other, more harmful substances. Or is this information already outdated?
